-Summary
The Spo-cha Party Planning & Support is responsible for overseeing the overall operations and training for multiple stores within the Spo-cha Party division. The position is responsible for effectively executing directives from executive management, and if required, performing all employee functions in accordance with the policies and practices of the company. Responsibilities include the development and implementation of strategies to meet goals in revenue generation, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction. Frequent travel to and from multiple stores is required, and weekend work will be necessary based on business needs.
-Essential Duties
• Execute effective action plans and strategies based on company policies, sales, and cost targets.
• Participate in and provide support to joint projects with other departments as needed.
• Regularly review product and service quality, negotiate with existing vendors, and research potential new vendors.
• Conduct competitor research and sales analysis as needed.
• Create, aggregate, and manage data, and perform other administrative duties as required.
• Maintain and update necessary materials, schedules, and communications across various platforms.
• Ensure proper management of store cash assets, fixed assets, and inventories; place orders and process deliveries as needed.
• Accurately prepare and submit all required sales, cost, and operational reports within the designated deadlines, and follow up with stores as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations (including but not limited to OSHA), sanitation standards, and other company compliance requirements.
• Provide day-to-day support and training to store managers to achieve sales and promotion goals.
• Work together with the Operations team to ensure store operations are conducted in accordance with company standards.
• Create and/or update manuals and guidelines, and ensure compliance with established standards.
• Support new store openings and training (PTO requests cannot be accommodated during new store openings).
• Establish, evaluate, and maintain standards for store operations, products, and services; provide feedback for improvement and follow up on completion.
• Promptly respond to customer or employee injury incidents, follow up as necessary, implement preventive measures, and work to avoid recurrence.
• Team members engaged in support duties are expected to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) at a rate of no less than 50% of scheduled weekends.
• Be able to travel for short-term or long-term business trips (up to one month) as required by the company.

-Qualifications

• Required to oversee multiple stores and frequently travel; be able to effectively time manage to maximize output.
• Create and maintain budgets for assigned stores by providing guidance to management, and adjust as needed with logical, numbers-backed reasoning.
• Make decisions that affect the company, with the ability to make critical and prompt decisions when necessary.
• Previous demonstrable experience in a similar role.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Ability to gain, demonstrate, and coach operational knowledge and skills.
• Ability to plan, set goals, and effectively manage.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
