-Summary
This position is responsible for managing the Game Machine Procurement Team and Payment Team.
It oversees the full lifecycle of gaming machines from sourcing and allocation to asset and warehouse management across all store locations. The role also handles all payment processes for the Amusement Planning Department, ensuring compliance and coordination with Finance. In addition, it contributes to revenue growth by optimizing asset usage, configuring POS systems, and supporting pricing strategies.
Strong leadership, analytical ability, and cross-functional coordination are essential for success in this role.
-Essential Duties
Procurement & Logistics Management
• Manage the full procurement cycle for gaming machines and related supplies, including identifying and evaluating potential suppliers.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms to secure favorable conditions.
• Coordinate the strategic allocation of gaming machines and supplies across all store locations based on sales performance, demand forecasts, and business goals to maximize revenue.
• Supervise delivery schedules, ensuring timely and accurate shipments, and resolve any logistical issues such as delays or damages.
• Manage the asset lifecycle, including acquisition, transfers between locations, maintenance, and disposal in compliance with company policies and regulations.
Sales Strategy & Analysis
• Analyze weekly, monthly, and historical sales data by category and machine type, including payout information, to identify performance trends and understand current strengths and weaknesses.
• Develop and implement optimal category mix and machine allocation plans based on data to maximize revenue.
• Monitor competitor activities and market dynamics to maintain competitive advantage and identify growth opportunities.
• Plan machine lineups for new store openings to align with market demand and maximize sales potential.
• Translate insights into actionable strategies and share findings regularly with relevant internal teams to support decision-making.
Payment & Financial Coordination
• Manage all payment processes related to the Amusement Planning Department, including invoice approvals and coordination with the finance department based on 3-way matching (purchase order, invoice, and receipt).
• Collaborate closely with the finance department to ensure timely and accurate payment processing.
• Collect and analyze Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) data and maintain accurate sales reporting to support financial oversight.
• Implement and monitor internal controls to maintain compliance with company policies and audit standards.
POS System Oversight
• Configure and manage POS system settings for all amusement operations, including pricing updates, game time limits, credits, and special offers.
• Implement software updates and coordinate troubleshooting efforts with the IT department to resolve system issues promptly.
• Monitor POS transaction data to ensure accuracy and generate reports to track sales performance.
• Support store teams by adjusting POS configurations based on promotional campaigns and operational needs.
Vendor & Stakeholder Communication
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure stable supply, competitive pricing, and early access to new machines.
• Collect market intelligence from vendors and industry experts, including information on machines under development or in planning stages.
• Coordinate with store teams, IT, finance, and amusement planning to align procurement and operational goals
• Share updates on machine installations, deliveries, and sales initiatives across relevant teams.
Compliance with Arcade Business Regulations
• Ensure all procurement, asset management, and operational activities comply with relevant laws and regulations governing the arcade business.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes and implement necessary adjustments to maintain full compliance.
• Coordinate with legal and compliance teams to manage audits and inspections related to arcade operations.
Team Building and Leadership
• Understand the company’s vision and strategic goals to effectively lead the Game Machine Procurement and Payment teams.
• Promote cross-functional teamwork to enhance operational efficiency and problem-solving capabilities.

-Qualifications
Education and/or Experience
4-year college business degree and 5 years management experience, preferably in the entertainment, retail or hospitality industries is preferred
Preferred Skills
Understanding of gaming industry trends and technical requirements for gaming machines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
MS Office Suite; specifically ability to conduct calculations and compile reports on Microsoft Excel.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to interpret and present a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
Ability to read schematics and blueprints. Ability to handle difficult situations with tact and discretion.
Work Environment:
Office-based role with occasional travel for supplier visits, trade shows, asset inspections (average once a month)
Flexible work schedule during business trip (may start as early as 3:00 am or 4:00 am)
