-Summary

This position will be assisting graphic designer with variety of collaterals, as well as be coordinating all of marketing activities along with the web designing including social media postings.

-Essential Duties

• Assist design manager with ongoing projects, and development
• Responsible for all collateral designs, such as: flyers, brochures, posters, banners, etc.
• Assist with production of artwork and checking the copy
• Produce clear and concise written correspondence in the form of letters and emails
• Format and style all presentations and visuals to uphold brand standards and guidelines with
consistency and accuracy
• Assist coordinating and controlling consistency of all digital and printed materials per store location
• Visit store locations and assist with all design-related materials
• Prepare illustrations or rough sketches of material, discussing them with designers and managers, and making necessary changes
• Ability to create pitch-related graphics, photos and render mock-ups
• Assist to update and maintain website administration
• Partner closely with the marketing team and assist to create SNS contents
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper use of all design assets including logos and brand names


-Working Hours
9:00~18:00
Hybrid Work (2-3 days per week remote)
*Daily attendance required during training period

-Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design preferred

• Proficient with use of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, CapCut, Premiere, After Effects.

• Basic skill of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point).

• Preferred 2 or more years of working in a professional or office environment as a graphic designer.

• Proficient use of various typography and layouts.

• Capable of taking initiative and thinking independently to create new ideas and concepts.

• Communicate effectively between colleagues and superiors.

• Knowledge and usage of design elements, color, ad composition.

• Knowledge of Design trends, skills and being creative.

• Able to communicate clearly orally and written.

• Ability to multi-task, meet tight deadlines and work effectively in a fast-paced team environment

• A creative portfolio that demonstrates the design skills including photoshopped designs/imagery,

infographics, and a strong understanding of typography, image layout and spacing required
