Position: Assistant Manager
Summary:
A Japanese-owned company operating multiple U.S. Japanese restaurants is seeking an Assistant Manager.
Essential Duties:
Oversee and manage front-of-house operations
Handle reservations
Provide excellent customer service
Manage inventory
Monitor and analyze sales/financial performance

Working Hours:
40 hours per week, shift-based schedule. Flexible scheduling available upon request.
Working Location:
West Hollywood
Costa Mesa
Salary and Benefits:
$69,000–$70,000 annually (equivalent to $25–27/hour)
Health, dental, and vision insurance: fully covered for the employee; 40% employee contribution for dependents
Paid vacation: 7 days per year
Sick leave: 5 days per year
Relocation support: reimbursement up to $2,000 (actual expenses)
Holidays:
Two days off per week
Qualifications:
Experience as an Assistant Manager or in a similar position within the restaurant industry
