Associate Coordinator
-Essential Duties
・Understand and analyze customer requirements for aircraft parts and components
・Source parts from vendors, verify supply conditions, and negotiate terms
・Prepare proposals to customers, offering the most optimal parts and commercial terms
・Process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently
・Monitor vendor shipping schedules and expedite deliveries as needed to meet deadlines
・Coordinate and arrange optimal shipping methods by balancing cost-effectiveness and delivery speed
・Manage and execute daily operations efficiently while maintaining compliance with internal policies
・Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
-Working Hours
Start time between 7:00am and 10:00am, 7.5 working hours per day

-Qualifications
・Ability to effectively respond to questions from customers, management, staff, and the general public in English
・Ability to communicate verbally and in writing to individuals and groups in English
・Ability to write reports and procedure manuals in English
・Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions
・Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations
Other skills
・Must be tactful, mature, flexible and able to successfully respond to multiple work pressures
・Must be able to use a computer and applications software such as Microsoft Windows/Office
