-Summary

大手日系航空会社がカスタマーサービス(コールセンター)を募集します。


-Essential Duties

  • Handle all customer inquiries related to travel arrangements

  • Assist with ticketing, booking, and changes to travel itineraries

  • Provide information and support to meet customers’ needs and promote XXX

  • Perform general administrative tasks related to customer service operations

  • Operate computer systems and phone equipment (headsets/handsets) for extended periods

  • Other duties as assigned
    Details will be explained during the interview.

-Working Hours

8-hour shifts between 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM PST / 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM PDT, including weekends and holidays

-Qualifications

  • Japanese / English bilingual (Japanese proficiency required)

  • Ability to work 8-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays

  • Good dependability and attendance record

  • Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills

  • Strong reading comprehension and analytical skills

  • Proficiency with interactive computer systems and telephone equipment

  • Associate’s Degree preferred

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship available)
