大手日系航空会社がカスタマーサービス(コールセンター)を募集します。
-Essential Duties
Handle all customer inquiries related to travel arrangements
Assist with ticketing, booking, and changes to travel itineraries
Provide information and support to meet customers’ needs and promote XXX
Perform general administrative tasks related to customer service operations
Operate computer systems and phone equipment (headsets/handsets) for extended periods
Other duties as assigned

-Working Hours
8-hour shifts between 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM PST / 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM PDT, including weekends and holidays

-Qualifications
Japanese / English bilingual (Japanese proficiency required)
Ability to work 8-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays
Good dependability and attendance record
Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
Strong reading comprehension and analytical skills
Proficiency with interactive computer systems and telephone equipment
Associate’s Degree preferred
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship available)
