-Position:
E-commerce Manager
-Summary:
A Japanese company located in Costa Mesa is seeking an E-commerce Manager.
Candidates without direct experience may still be considered, as the company values personality and attitude.
-Essential Duties:
Handle daily order fulfillment, packing, and shipping preparation
Provide customer service (primarily in English)
Track inventory and coordinate restocking
Perform basic warehouse tasks and improve workflow efficiency
Plan and create social media content (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
Produce simple product visuals and short-form content
Assist with product photography
Support influencer outreach and community engagement
Create and update product listings
Ensure accurate product titles, descriptions, and images
Assist with new product launches and service ideas
Work with the founder on small projects and operational improvements
-Working Hours:
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

-Qualifications
Required:
Basic PC skills equivalent to a college-level user
Bilingual in Japanese and English
Preferred:
Experience related to e-commerce
Experience managing social media accounts
Marketing experience
Experience in business planning or business operations/strategy
