Events & Activities Planning / Food & Bev Support Director


-Summary

The Events & Activities Planning Food & Bev Support and Director (“EAP”) is responsible for overseeing overall operations of multiple stores. The EAP is responsible for directing store and company planning management, effectively executing directives from executive management and if required all employee functions in accordance with the policies and practices of the company. Responsibilities include the development and implantation of regional strategies for meeting goals in the areas of revenue generation and customer satisfaction.

Frequent travelling to and from multiple stores is required.

-Essential Duties

• Provide day to day support and training to DM/GM/FB Managers of assigned stores to reach

sales/promotion goals.

• Develop effective action plans and strategies based on the corporate directed goals.

• Work together with Operation team to ensure management are adequately filled.

• Ensure that all safety standards such as OSHA are maintained.

• Ensure that store cash assets and fixed assets are being inventoried and managed.

• Ensure that all required reports are submitted in timely matter accurately. If not coach the store

management and FB Manager’s to do so.

• Promptly respond and follow up with customer/employee injury related incidents both to Stores and

directly to customers and employees as needed.

• Pick-up emergency calls from stores employees.

• Be in charge or participate in multiple important cross departmental (Such as HQ) projects and

assignments that will be tasked by EAP.

• Regularly review product quality and research new vendors

• Organize and supervise shifts

• Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity

• Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen machine, kitchen utensils and cleaning products

• Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations

• Manage restaurant’s good image and suggest ways to improve it

• Manage the inventory and order food and beverages, equipment, and supplies

• Oversee food preparation, portion sizes, and the overall presentation of food

• Inspect supplies, equipment, and work areas

• Ensure employees comply with health and food safety standards and regulations

• Investigate and resolve complaints regarding food quality or service

• Provide support to all departments on additional projects

• Data creation and data aggregation as needed

• Support/Help the actions Planned by the EAP team and move in the same direction

• Conduct and support other projects (Planning) other than FB from time to time

(Party/Bowling/Billiards/Karaoke/Darts/Ping Pong)

• Occasionally do Multiple Business trips a month

Knowledge, Skill and Experience

• Keep employees motivated, lead by example, resolve conflicts and be prompt when responding to

subordinates.

• Required to oversee multiple stores and frequently travel, being able to effectively self time manage

yourself to try to maximize output is essential.

Senior General Manager

• Create and maintain a budget for assigned stores by providing guidance to GMs and FB Manager’s. Also responsible for adjusting them as needed with logical, numbers backed reasoning.

• Will have to make decisions that affect the company. Developing the ability to make critical and prompt decisions are crucial.

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.

• Previous demonstrable experience in a similar role.

• Strong verbal communication skills

• Ability to gain, demonstrate, and coach operation knowledge/skill.

• Ability to plans, set plans/goals, effectively manage.

• Basic computer skills

Work Environment:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works in a bowling center/arcade environment where high levels of noise, dust and activity can be expected. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud. Local traveling by car is required. Frequent travelling to and from multiple stores is required.
