Manager of Marketing


-Summary

The Manager of Marketing is responsible for leading marketing initiatives across digital platforms, with a strong focus on mobile app development, app maintenance, and user engagement. This role will also oversee compliance with all applicable privacy and accessibility regulations (CCPA, CRPA, ADA) across the company’s website, mobile applications, and social media channels.

The ideal candidate combines creative strategy with technical and regulatory awareness, ensuring that all marketing efforts are effective, compliant, and aligned with the company’s brand vision.


-Essential Duties

• Lead marketing strategy and execution for the company’s mobile applications, including

development support, feature updates, user acquisition, and retention campaigns.

• Manage ongoing maintenance of mobile applications, ensuring functionality, usability, and

performance.

• Update and modify website and mobile app content in a timely manner based on business

needs and marketing initiatives.

• Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across web, app, and social media

platforms.

• Ensure compliance with CCPA, CRPA, and ADA regulations across all digital media,

collaborating with legal and IT department as needed.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to create engaging, user-friendly, and compliant content

and interfaces.

• Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics, providing insights to optimize

campaigns.

• Manage budgets and resources for marketing projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective

delivery.

• Stay current on emerging marketing technologies, privacy laws, and accessibility standards.

• Provide leadership and mentorship to the Marketing & Design Team.

• Lead and manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion

within scope and budget.

• Develop detailed project plans, including task management, schedule management, and

resource allocation.

• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement proactive mitigation

strategies

• Address project bottlenecks and challenges promptly to maintain momentum.

• Communicate project status and updates regularly to stakeholders and senior management.

• Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives, ensuring alignment with

overall marketing strategy and goals.

• Analyze project performance and metrics, providing insights and recommendations for

improvement.

• Research, evaluate, and propose new tools, platforms, and vendorsto improve operational efficiency

and enhance marketing capabilities.

Other Duties:

Will also perform other assignments that may be assigned from time to time by the senior

management.

-Qualifications

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Advertising, IT or similar field

required

• Five (5) + years’ of experience in management

• Five (5) + years’ of experience in marketing

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:

• Strong knowledge of mobile app development cycles and app store marketing strategies.

• Proven track record of developing and executing digital marketing campaigns.

• Familiarity with privacy regulations (CCPA, CRPA) and accessibility standards (ADA) in

digital media.

• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Hands-on experience with tag implementation and debugging using tools such as Google

Tag Manager (GTM), GA4, and other tracking tools to ensure accurate data collection.

Server-side tracking implementation and management is a plus.

• (Preferred) Hands-on experience with Consent Management Platforms (CMP) and a solid

understanding of Google Consent Mode, including the ability to configure these settings

properly within GTM and other relevant debugging tools.

• Strong problem-solving skills, including experience in evaluating, selecting, and testing

new tools and vendors.

• Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives

simultaneously.

• Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

• Data-driven mindset with experience in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, app analytics

platforms).

• Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.

• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Proficiency in project management software and tools.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• High proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Teams)

• Able to understand and process analytical data

• Self-starter with excellent knowledge of marketing fundamentals & principles

• Professional demeanor that enables the person to interact with the highest levels both inside

and outside the firm

• Basic business management skills

• Experience with digital marketing platforms and tools.
