Network Support Technician
-Summary
大手日系IT企業がNetwork Support Technicianを募集します。
※未経験者歓迎
-Essential Duties
• Technician for O&M support at a 24/7/365 Network Operation Center
• Handles network, datacenter, international transmission, submarine cable, backbone equipment, infrastructure, and IT solution services
• Provides customer support, including responding to incoming customer calls and emails
• Performs basic technical troubleshooting of network services following documentation such as action procedures and workflows
• Long-term on-the-job training (OJT) will be provided
-Working Hours
3シフト制 週休2日
7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm and 11pm -7am
※一週間事にシフトローテーション
※事前に相談等があれば特定期間シフトの選択や休日の曜日指定も可能です。
（他の社員との兼ね合いによる）

-Salary and Benefit
$21.64hr
引き継ぎの際の30min程度の残業、休日手当、深夜手当等を合わせるとおよそ年収50K程度
（あくまでも目安となります。）

・Must be bilingual in Japanese and in English
