We are seeking Production Staff for a Japanese food manufacturing company.

・Preparing reports
・Food packaging
・Reporting to supervisors

-Working Hours
FDA Department: 3:00am–12:00pm
USDA Department: 6:00am–3:00pm
※Working hours and department placement are negotiable.
※Average overtime: 1–2 hours per day

Gardena, CA
-Salary and Benefit
$16.50/hr–$19/hr DOE
If you have experience in cooking or as a chef $16.50hr〜$24hr DOE
Health insurance: Employee contribution approx. $100 (varies by plan)

Paid Time Off: 5 days from the 2nd year (increases annually)
※In the first year, PTO and sick leave are combined.
Sick Leave: 5 days
-Holidays
Shift-based schedule, 2 days off per week
USDA department employees have weekends off (Saturday & Sunday)
-Qualifications
・Experience in food production or factory environment
・Bilingual in Japanese and English
※Business-level English or equivalent is acceptable
