A Japanese food manufacturing company is seeking a QAQC position.

・Quality control
・Inspection of finished products
・Flavor management
・Recipe management
・Document preparation for USDA
・Inspection support
※Job responsibilities may vary depending on skill level.
-Working Hours
FDA Department: 3am–12pm
USDA Department: 6am–3pm
※Preferred working hours and department can be discussed.
※Average overtime: 1–2 hours per day.
※Part-time or shortened work hours are also possible.
-Working Location
Gardena, CA
-Salary and Benefits
$21/hr–$24/hr DOE
Health insurance: employee contribution approx. $100 (varies by plan)

Paid time off: 5 days from the second year, with annual increases
(In the first year, PTO and sick leave are combined.)
Sick leave: 5 days
-Holidays
Shift-based schedule, 2 days off per week
For the USDA department, weekends (Sat/Sun) are off
-Qualifications
・QAQC experience in food or manufacturing
・Bilingual Japanese/English
※Business-level English is acceptable.
※Basic Japanese reading/speaking ability is sufficient.
