Restaurant Manager
-Summary
This is a secure recruitment opportunity with a 100% U.S.-based Japanese Restaurant company, operating over 21 locations nationwide, where approximately 50 Japanese staff members and around 1,000 employees are actively working. In addition, the company offers up to 14 days of annual refresh leave, allowing most employees to enjoy 1–2 weeks of vacation each year. With a dynamic and expanding organization, there are numerous opportunities for opening staff positions and promotions. This is an ideal time for those aiming for career advancement.
-Essential Duties
You will be entrusted with managerial responsibilities for various brands, tailored to your experience. This includes: Customer service, Staff management, Store management, General business operations.
Quality control, hygiene management, scheduling, recruitment, and training are part of the role. You will work to create the best dining experience in the U.S. by communicating with local customers and staff members daily. If you have previous experience as a store manager, you can leverage your skills, but even if you don't have managerial experience, you will have the opportunity to gain experience at our stores and advance to a store manager or store leader position.

Shift-based schedule (2 days off per week, approximately 50–55 hours of work per week)

-Qualifications
More than 2 years of experience in the Japanese Restaurant industry.
Conversational Japanese skill is preferred
