Sales Assistant Manager


-Summary
Responsible for all sales activities in the Assigned Territory.
Develops and implements agreed-upon sales and marketing activities to achieve both personal and business goals, including increased profitability and an expanded customer base in the Assigned Territory. Works closely with the sales and support teams to achieve customer satisfaction, revenue growth, and long-term account goals in alignment with the company’s vision and values.

-Essential Duties
・Provide support to the Division Manager (President) and Sales Manager.
・Maintain and expand existing retail store and restaurant accounts.
・Develop new stores and markets that contribute to sales growth.
・Create sales and promotional plans with cost-effectiveness based on Profit and Loss for assigned territories.
・Negotiate and secure promotional activities and product displays with each store.
・Process purchase orders and monitor payments and collections from distributors.
・Secure sales orders from distributors, and check and analyze inventory and shipments.
・Observe demonstrations and displays; utilize merchandisers when necessary.
・Attend marketing- and sales-related events.
・Work outside the office more than fifty (50) percent of the time; travel as needed.
・Attend sales meetings.

$60K–$65K base + bonus
(bonus: Payment based on performance and work attitude; not guaranteed.)

-Qualifications
・Over two years of sales experience
・Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
・Proactive in undertaking new tasks
・Ability to establish and maintain good rapport with customers (both distributors and retailers)
・Must be able to travel outside of California (3 to 5 days per trip, 1–2 times per month)
・Efficient with paperwork such as processing invoices, purchase orders, etc.
・Excellent customer service skills; able to work independently as well as in a team
・Proficient with MS Office products including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint; able to use them for data analysis or creating presentation materials
・Ability to understand Customers, Product Development, Customer Relationships, and Creative Services
