Job Details
-Position:
Outside Sales
-Essential Duties
Maintain and establish customer and vendor relations
Input orders for customers
Monitor inventory for customers and branches
Analyze sales and marketing data to increase sales and gross profit
Process purchase orders and inventory transfers
Give presentations to customers (new items, sales performance reviews, etc.)
Prepare sales reports, maintain sales records, and submit expense reports
Continuously research and update information on trends, products, and competitors
Travel for business events (including weekends)
Monitor customer invoices and credits
Communicate daily with branches, brokers, and head office
Perform other related duties as needed
-Working Hours:
8:30am–5:00pm

-Qualifications
Minimum of 4 years of equivalent work experience
Database management skills and experience
Excellent Microsoft Office skills required (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Excellent English language and communication skills
Strong presentation skills
Familiarity with Japanese food culture preferred
