Supervisor Manager (Sushi, Delica, and Bakery Division)
-Summary
A major Japanese retail company is seeking a Supervisor Manager (Sushi, Delica, and Bakery Division).
-Essential Duties
• Oversee the Sushi, Delica, and Bakery departments.
(Prior experience in sushi or bakery is not required.)
• Manage sales performance for each department.
• Handle purchasing for each department.
• Negotiate with vendors and suppliers.
• Visit and supervise store operations across California locations, providing on-site management and staff direction.

-Working Hours
9:00am – 6:00pm
-Working Location
Gardena
※ Travel to other store locations in California for supervision as needed.
-Salary and Benefits
75K~90K DOE

-Qualifications
• Store management experience (restaurant experience is a plus)
