-Position
Supervisor Sushi Assistant Section Manager
-Essential Duties
・Supervise sushi preparation at each store
・Review recipes at each store
・Conduct taste and quality checks
・Provide technical training at each store
・Travel to each store as needed
※Additional details will be explained during the interview
-Working Hours
Shift-based between 8:00am~10:00pm
8 hours per day
-Working Location
Gardena, Costa Mesa, Yorba Linda, West Covina, San Diego, and Irvine
※Will supervise the above stores and provide assistance and technical guidance when needed

-Qualifications
・Ability to train sushi and prepared food production (experience as a kitchen leader or similar role)
・Valid driver’s license
